So close yet so far....only .5lbs to go. damn it boy!!! my measurements didn't change much this week but I have not been able to work out much this past week. maybe next week will be better and I will behave myself Christmas day.
140.5 lb Lost so far: 38.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
