Well, I got rid of the fluid and hope I Have it and my eating back under control.
262.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 87.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1312 kcal Fat: 46.81g | Prot: 96.13g | Carb: 131.32g.   Breakfast: Food Club Thick & Chunky Salsa, Navels Oranges, Norbest Ground Turkey, Cooked Egg White, American or Cheddar Imitation Cheese. Lunch: Turkey Garden Vegetable Soup (1 cup serving), Red Delicious Apples. Dinner: Broiled or Baked Pork Chop (Lean Only Eaten), Sour Cream, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other: Wells Original Bomb Pop Banana Fudge (2 bars=1 serving). more...
