10st Fat 24.2% (2 on at WW) You know you're clutching at straws when you shave your legs and even use the foot grinder before weigh in!! NOT that I'm implying I have a tenth of a pound of leg hair and dead skin lol!! Only 2lb to go before I'd have to pay at WW, and also on a matter of pride, my junk eating daughter weighed herself after me and I'M NO LONGER LIGHTEST IN THE HOUSE! So hopefully this might spur me on a bit, tho realistically I'm not expecting great things over Xmas, especially as we're away. My WW leader said that if I could make it back down to my 50 lb loss she would let me have one of the new achievement magnets, and as the kind of tragic individual to whom that kind of reward really appeals, that's quite a powerful motivator! I came away from the meeting feeling quite down with myself, but also with a bit more of that "the time is now" feeling. 12lb to go....
140.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
