This sucks, I started working out in the mornings on Monday and I wanted to do it everyday before work. This morning I woke up with a stuffy nose and a sore throat. I'm really bumed that I didn't workout this morning but I don't feel good and I'm really tired. I wish I could miss work but I'm training and can't miss any days. If anyone has any home remedys to get better let me know. I need my strength back.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

Try to take it easy while you aren't feeling well. You don't want to make yourself more sick! Drink lots of water, take your vitamins and get a good decongestant. Don't stress out about not working out while you aren't feeling well.

I agree with clickchick - take care of yourself, get better and just relax and take it easy. Hope you feel better soon.
