So I just did my first weigh in since I started using the site. I am happy with the loss. I know it's probably just water but it makes me feel nice to have a lower number on the scale. I didn't exercise at all. Just did sort of a "sleeping beauty" diet.(lol). I think I'm going to keep this going. Whether I lose a ton of weight or not its a good thing to keep track of what I'm putting inside my body. (giggity goo).
