just cant get down to it
198.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sometimes it's hard to get started. What do you think is holding you back? Is there anything you can do about that before tackling weight change?

It took me quite a while to get started this year (and I've not progressed much but I haven't regressed!). What helped me most was to log absolutely everything that passed my lips, honestly and after weighing it. That was quite an eye opener for where I was going wrong and gave me some pointers on what to do to lose weight. It was also March so with the lighter evenings and warmer lunchtimes, I was better able to exercise outside with a half hour walk here and there. Maybe give that a go and see where it takes you? All the best and don't give up 👍
