hhmm. weight is creeping a little. started a new rx, could be why, might be that I am not eating right too. time to start tracking better and get the exercise back in gear! I will not let the weight return!!!!
171.4 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
