Up a bit. This time of year is hard. Have switched from run training back to a focus more on strength training so some might be muscle gain. Need to try to focus over the holidays here.
136.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
