Sundance didn't cheat's Journal, 16 November 2016

Had our anniversary this week and ate out at Byron Burger. My first burger in over a year, and first fry in I don't know how long... And I felt so sluggish after it!

I was worried that it might open the floodgates, but it just confirmed that I could never eat like that every day again. Ate light for the rest of the day and stayed around 1600 kcal for the day. Proved to myself that I can indulge without going crazy and still keep losing weight.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 121.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great loss. Unfortunately I never feel any ill effects after eating fattening foods. Until I step on the scales that is!

A blow-out is great now and then - even better if it doesn't open the flood gates! That's your body confirming you and it are actually happy with the way things are. Happy Anniversary!
