Its the weekend feeling pretty good. Loving the weather and my walks with my dog and the scale in the bathroom lol. My goals are to drink more water! I can say im pretty proud of myself I gave up soda and its been very easy crazy but true!
162.9 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
