No change today. Lesson - three large meals in a day isn't going to work, even if the meals are balanced and healthy. Also, I need to exercise longer/more intense to burn more calories.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
