another gain this week. This is a perfect example of how my actions effect my weight and now that Im weighing in every week at a outside location, its obvious that my bad behavior does not go unnoticed. I had way to much fun on DH bday followed by Halloween. One bite here and there caught up to me. I, however, am not panicking. I did this to myself so its all on me to fix. Its led to me ask myself, have I really been taking WW seriously or have I been using it as a crutch to eat whatever I want bc there is nothing "off limits" . Im just eating and logging. But Im not making good choices. Im tired of the hamster wheel I put myself thru. BUT, anyone who knows me here knows I am no quitter. This is just going to fuel the fire to get my rear in gear. I know, you've heard it before from me but that's necessarily not bad.. at least I keep on at it, that's the best I can do.. keep trying even if it means starting over and over. Im giving WW a week or two more.. and if I cant work the program and start to lose by then,even just a half a LB, then its a sign that I need to go back to low carb. 2 maybe 3 weeks tops. and that it. Im going to log here and on the WW sight and see if that helps. Wish me luck ya'll
