I seem to have plateaued out. The plan is to rededicated myself, implement a workout schedule, now that the sun is starting to shine again. I did do a little jogging with my new dog on Sunday. But I am on my period this week and all I have done is eat and sleep. I've got to get out today. I feel great at this wait. But 15lbs little is an actual healthy weight as opposed to just not morbidly obese.
