the last time i weighted in I was actually 247 but that was last March. I am really happy and I see the weight loss in my body. I went to the Rite Aid on MLK and they had the most perfect machine where I could sit and weigh myself.. 227 Wow. When Daddy died in 1989, I was 222. I'm just 5 lbs away from that. What's really good is that I feel like I can do this. It's been 3 months and I feel like I've settled into this new diet which is now becoming a way to eat. This is the longest I've been on anything and I feel like I can keep going without a problem.

I'm looking forward to this summer. Next month I'll start working out!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
