1/8/7 Day 7 End of Week 1 !!!
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
1 chef salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
2 bowl cereal w/ skim milk and banana dinner
1 hr on eliptical 963 cal
Exhausted from workout and fell asleep before 10!!
Lost 1 lb, well worth the work
6 pounds lost in 1 week. I'm sure it'll slow but very encouraging start.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
