Finally worked out again yesterday. Felt great! I decided to do a 24 hour fast from 7pm last night. i didnt get hungry until 12, probably habit.

295.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Made it to 24 hours in my fast! Just had 2 bowls of homemade chicken broth. Walked around the public market today for about 1.5 hours...didnt need to rest or sit down. Quite a change from August. I'm very proud of myself!
