I notice that the Y is a lot busier this week than it's been for quite a while. Kind of on the same note, since everybody else is hitting the reset button this week, I figure I might as well too. It may only last a few weeks just like everybody else, but if I make some progress I'll take it.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
