382.5 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, guys. I've been so busy lately that i hadn't had a chance to celebrate this one. so i'll do it now. YEA! Only 2.5 mor to go till first goal weight reached. People tell me they can see it, but i haven't been able to feel it yet. maybe i should take some measurements or something. I've found an old pic so maybe i'll post that and a new one too.

Almost 20 pounds down! Congrats! I couldn't really tell the difference when I lost my first 20 either, but it's all a drop in the bucket! Good luck!
