I ate a full blown dinner yesterday. It was good but seemed a little heavy to me. I think I ate too much, but everything I ate was good food. I am not worried about a stall or anything. I can't expect to lose 3 pounds every day! LOL

My thoughts are with those in the hurricane areas. Probably all of you are on the road or will be soon.

It's so strange when things like this happen in our country and we feel so detached from it - it's a beautiful day in upstate NY. The only thing we can do is prayer for the people in the area and help out afterwards.

My Mom just got home from the hospital and I will be traveling there this weekend. So I have to be ready for 6 hour drive each way. No binge eating in the car. It's always a danger situation for me. But I will have my nuts, chicken, cucumbers ready to go in case!
296.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
