Not sure why I keep coming back here. It is depressing to see that nothing has changed - not my diet, not my weight, not my available time to measure everything. The new year has begun and I'm still just gong through the day.
I do know I need to just pick one site and stick to it, as well as one diet plan. I still think I want to go back to Atkins to get my carb cravings under control and then once that is done and I'm confident it will stick, then I can focus more on calorie counting as well as continue to watch carb intake. I do want the smaller me back, just not sure if my life will allow it at this time.
