1268 kcal Fat: 29.88g | Prot: 51.66g | Carb: 126.45g.   Breakfast: kellogg's fiber plus antioxidants, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: metamucil sugar free orange fiber, Light String Cheese, blue diamond chocolate almond milk. Dinner: Dry Whole Wheat Pasta, sweet leaf green tea, ragu light parmesan sauce, coffee, Turkey. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
