Baffling. My diet hardly changes (I am way more active on the weekends) but every morning I step on the scale is a surprise. Sometimes up. Sometimes down. No rhyme or reason.
267.6 lb Lost so far: 96.1 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.1 lb a week
