So frustrated. Why I have started strength training I am loosing nothing...this is really messing with my mind. I feel so deflated 😂😂😂
180.1 lb Lost so far: 95.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's because you're building muscle! Don't worry, you're making yourself healthier and stronger. I'll bet people start commenting that you look better even if you don' lose a lot of "weight" - that happened to me when I started running.

I bet your measurements are shrinking. Replacing fat with muscle is smaller. Stay strong Jane.

Cheers guys...I know its a mind thing ... I am so humbled by everyones support. Heres hoping my mind funk goes away. This is the worst Ive felt throughout this journey.
