I took 6+ months off from dieting and exercising and the scale shows it. Time to get back on track. No more monkey business...nuff said!

Oh how I hated to write that weight down....but I did it!
163.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
