Day 2 of weekend willpower test
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
2 bowls home-made garden salad 2 slices cheese lunch
1 tbsp ELOO mid meal
2 bowls home-made garden salad and banana dinner
1 hr on eliptical 1030 calories
Much better day!!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week

way to go, your doing good. I also use the eliptical and it better for the knees..keep up the good work...five pounds in in 5 days I say you doing something right
