I know its been 14 days and the weight loss is at a platiue right now, I've been actullay hitting the gym a lot and working out has defintly helped, I may be building muscle which would explain the stop in weight loss recently. This week I started upping my calorie intake, more protein and more added to the smaller daytime snacks that way it will keep my body from going into starve mode with the extra working out I've been doing. I'll keep an eye on the progress this next week and see if it will help out. Otherwise I feel great so no complaints, just want to get to that overall goal.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 86.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
