Need to workout more. I am not exercising enough. . . .
198.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just make sure you're working out for the right reasons! Working out to lose weight is not as effective as working out to be healthy.
