Uh oh. Better start getting creative about game-day entrees and snacks now that the NFL season has begun. Pretty soon I'll be losing exercise points, too, when the winter weather sets in and I switch over to yoga/flexibility workouts.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
