For the past 2 weeks I have been on the Atkinson diet .and the weight has fell off .I am now returning to my usual healthy eating
175.3 lb Lost so far: 32.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 September 2016:
1475 kcal Fat: 68.88g | Prot: 94.83g | Carb: 112.64g.   Breakfast: Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes in Rich Tomato Juice, Iceland Large Fresh Eggs, Tesco Unsmoked Back Bacon Rashers. Lunch: Tesco Wholegrain Microwave Rice, Ashfield Farm Naturally Lean Turkey Mince, Baked Beans, Schwartz Hot Chilli Con Carne Mix, Sainsbury's Basics tinned chopped tomatoes, Kidney Beans (Canned). Dinner: Tesco Salmon Fillets. Snacks/Other: Waitrose Love Life Brazil Nuts. more...
