First day back at work after a much needed vacation. The time off really helped me to decompress and get some much needed rest. I back with a vengeance and ready to take on the task of managing my personal life with my work life. I did not get on the computer once.. so this is my 1st post in a while. Im learning to prioritize and take things on day at time right now. So a new thing I started is since I really dont have time to log everything , im logging it in a spiral note book and then adding it at the end of the week or on days when I have the time. Ive heard other members do this and all though its not ideal, it better than nothing for now. Im still taking it slow at the gym but plan to hit the bricks on Monday. 30 min walks here and there this week just bc I spent my vacay cleaning,organizing and moving furniture (we got some new pieces). I also got plenty of new clothes that has motivated me to work out too. Nothing about trying on clothes to keep you honest on your diet. Happy rest of the week to every one !
190.0 lb Lost so far: 116.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks MZ, I needed to step back for a while and get my act together.. Ive just been trying to hard to be super mom/wife... and Im not and I know better. Right now its reset time and taking it one day at a time
