this past week was WICKED!!! i DID stay in control of portions, however, STILL managed to GAIN (must have been 'hidden' calories in food i didNOT prepare ???) ... BUT now i'm back n losing track*~
258.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 108.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
