well i only lost 1/2lb this week but i am ok with that because i didnt gain. my measurements are still going down too. I have a really good idea as to why i only lost that much. The ladies understand why....
179.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice NM...inches lost are way more beneficial than pounds...losing 1/2 a pound too is not ding on the cake!!
