Probably the result of the 6 mile run this morning. It's more likely to be 185 or 185.5. Seems I lose 1 to 1.5 pounds of water weight when I run.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
