It's been 15 mos since my Half Ironman in Augusta. I completely stopped all workouts since. I've been weighing in at 156 for at least the past 4-6 mos. I usually weigh myself in the morning or evening. I don't eat breakfast and have at least 2 travel mugs of coffee each day. I've been hitting McD's pretty hard. I'll drink an avg of 2 glasses of wine each night or the equivalent of beer. My food portions have been growing so I know things will change soon (on the scales) if I don't get a handle on it.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
