I am sooo sore. My arms and my legs are aching...but I know I put in a good work out yesterday and this morning. I drank plenty of fluids and I would say I feel like I am off to a good start.

I need to get me a protein supplement. I will work on that this week. I used all the ones I had. I like to get in at least 60 grams of protein a day and I know the only way I am going to achieve that is with a supplement.

I guess I will also start recording my body fat % next week.
132.4 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you La Shaun. DOn't over do it. I did the same thing and did some bench presses this pas t weekend. It didn't hit me till a few days later. If we push so hard, we can really wreck our bodies. Slow and stead y wins the race, and it sounds like you're off to a good start.

You are right..I need to slow down a little... I think I will skip the weights today and settle for 1 hour on the treadmill, some crunches and stretching. Thanks
