Sigh... here I go again... restarting :-(
270.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That you Jamaica and everyone else for your support. I still keep forgetting to log. I will chose a time of day to log as I did before and stick to it. :-)

Hubby keeps a record of my food weights for me since he does the cooking. After I eat dinner, I sit and enter the data. Maybe it would be helpful to have a notebook handy to at least jot down the food and weights. Then you can enter it later. I just caught up on over a week of meals that way.
