1/6/06 Day 5
1st weekend day - big willpower test
1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 home-made garden salad lunch
1 grilled chicken ceaser salad and cup chicken and rice soup dinner
No "Shangri-la" suger water or ELOO :-(
No exercise :-(
All and all, not too bad but room for improvement
259.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

There's always room to strive for that perfect ideal but "perfect is not actually necessary. You're doing really well, especially on so little oil. I don't see much in the way of appetite supression unless I take 3 tbsp of the ELOO and even then, sometimes I need a sugar water before bed.
