ok , no loss , no gain. fair enough. Its all one me. No long term goals to post today other than I want to just get thru today with out eating any crap,get 12k in steps on my fit bit and drink a gallon of water.. doable.I also want to remember to take my supplements.. LOL.. Happy Monday ya'll
190.0 lb Lost so far: 116.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
