I had Wendy's yesterday. It was a reward for getting my completing my driver's test. I'm starting to think that I'm addicted to sugar. I tend to crave it, and then I can't stop myself eating the whole chocolate bar instead of one bite. I think I will ban myself from the sweets aisle at the supermarket. My main weakness is ice-cream. If I could find a replacement for that I would lose tons of weight.
My mission (should I choose to accept it) is to find a replacement for my sweet tooth.
I'm already thinking of alternatives that may give me that kick I like from eating crap.
Also, I'm plan to start playing racketball. That will help me get a bit better in shape and lose that craving for a quick high from sugar.
