Binged one day this week. On the other day I really wanted to, I talked to a family member instead and didn't. Lost one inch on the hips and another around the waist. These intensive rest based exercises are hard! Lots of grunting and groaning, heavy breathing, and sweating. Surprised to experiences this in 15 minutes.
