1287 kcal Fat: 33.72g | Prot: 53.88g | Carb: 129.99g.   Breakfast: kellogg's fiber plus antioxidants, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: sweet leaf diet citrus green tea, mozzarella shredded, Bacon, egg beaters, flatout. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, Mixed Vegetable Soup II, lemon pepper chicken, coffee, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
