Not a huge loss, but I'll take it nonetheless. I might do measurements today, as I am supposed to weekly on T25, I just forgot last week. On the bright side, I'm officially more than 75 pounds down!
I never could have imagined this a year ago. Longer still, I was throwing away and donating most of my favorite clothes because they didn't fit and I couldn't imagine a world where they would fit again. I wish I hadn't. I fit into most of the really sentimental stuff that I did keep. I also have more clothes to dispose of in my closet that are just too baggy to be flattering, and one strapless dress that won't stay up, lol. I guess I'll just have to buy some new clothes.

224.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are so inspirational. 70 pounds is what I need to lose if I even want to have the choice of a knee replacement. I am swimming 5 days a week (otherwise, I am quite sedentary) and started a plant based food plan this week. I feel good.

excellent journey! changing the closet is good! maybe even better to buy new clothes: you will have another attachment to them, the feeling of success and discipline.
