1 Bowl Cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 tbsp ELOO mid meal
1 chef salad lunch
1 tbsp ELOO mid meal
1 grilled chicken ceaser salad dinner
1 banana post meal
Day off exercise
260.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
