Week 2 of 3rd 6wks, SUCCESS (secret of success is to set the right goal--I get to gain weight and still be successful given my goal of staying btwn 135-140 while adding foods). 138.2, 36.3% body fat, musc mass 83.6/2,trace ketones, one hour bike ride.

Breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half x 2, lunch steak, mushrooms, green beens, glass chardonnay, snack diet coke and almonds, dinner chicken wings, blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, glass chardonnay.

I'm traveling for work this week so will have limited access to exersize. I'll check my ketones daily but otherwise will be away from this board for a while. Also have guests coming for the weekend so Sat and Sun may not have time to exersize. I'll have to look into this.
138.2 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
