HCB, I just finished Dr. Fung's book and am seriously thinking about doing a multi-day fast now. I generally eat one or two meals a day. Trying hard to only eat when hungry and not snack. Almost always have lunch and occasionally skip dinner.

Good for you - I eat solid food twice per day - do BP Coffee in the morning and protein shake before bed.
