9st 3.7 Fat 22.4% (half on at WW) VERY surprised at today's result after 3 days away with MIL with gentle walking but not what you'd call exercise, and more indulgent eating! I think I'll need to be reasonably cautious this week to ensure it doesn't catch up with me next weigh in instead :) Doing the Pretty Muddy 5k Race for Life later this morning, forecast is for rain sadly. I'll post my time later but we're not planning to run it anyway so it won't be impressive lol

Good luck, Pretty Muddy sounds like great fun, and you don't have to run! The rain will just make it even more fun 😀 Splish Splash!!

Thank you! We really enjoyed it in the end, and our time was about 50 mins, we even jogged a little on occasional downhill parts (so my quads keep reminding me today!) And raised over £100 so very pleased with that as we only set our goal for half as much :) Little baggy I put my fitbit in, in key pocket of my running pants, had a tiny hole in, so some of the wet got in but luckily it survived, as did my car key thank goodness as it's the only one we have! And I've discovered my talent in life...I was ace at the space hopper section!!! (It's my age you know!!)

Ha! I knew you'd enjoy it. All for a good cause. Glad your Fitbit and keys survived. :-)
