No excuse just too much of everything and no excercise.
316.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.4 lb a week

Acknowledging your part in regards to your weight is important. You are obviously doing that, so don't stress about that red up arrow. You know where you stand, and you have the ability to change it for next week.
