9st 3.5lb (stayed same at WW Tues) Really chuffed to have dropped a little more this week ready for the trekkie dress tomorrow! I did feel a bit thinner so I was hoping! I think starting the strength training (by which I only really mean planks/pushups, and those only in negligible quantities!) has obviously stirred things up a bit, maybe my body was getting a bit complacent? I'm also proud that MIL wanted to get dinner before cinema tonight (Love & Friendship, really looking forward to it!) But I didn't want to blow it before tomorrow, so when I failed to get out of it, I did at least manage to steer us to a restaurant choice with a low cal option that I really enjoy! Now we just need the fabulous British summer time to dry up a bit for the Geekfest tomorrow! Fat 22.6% with kg reduced to 59.
129.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
