Ahhh crap! I gave into temptation at the last few Xmas parties. You'll notice that I gained 3 lbs since my last post.
In an effort to get back on track I've started working out in the morning for 25 minutes.
I'll let you know how that turns out.
My goal is to lose another 5 lbs by the 27 Dec 2011.
