The last several months have been a trial, probably the most intense string of events in my life. I feel like I'm coming out of it, knock on wood, but I completely let myself go. I had no time or energy for exercise, no care as to volume or calorie content of my food. I gave myself permission to indulge because I was an emotional mess and stressed out. Now I'm facing what I've done to myself. Yikes! Time for positive action.
